Spectrum Learning Centre Inc. is a Youth Services Organization in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley area - providing a safe and caring environment focusing on the specific needs of each youth. With empathy, patience and understanding we hope to inspire our youth to embrace their true identity and experience their inner potential. Our programs help our youth shape their own values, while providing them with the tools, resources and support they need.
